Shan Cha started with premium Taiwanese tea and the idea of a focused daily ritual. The cafe van is the next step: a warm, local way to serve our drinks in the places people already gather.
Depending on availability, we serve coffee, matcha, iced tea, milk tea, natural sports drinks and selected homemade treats. It is premium without feeling stiff, practical without feeling rushed, and made for the Gold Coast community.
